What Bridge? Limited Edition Giclee Print

What Bridge? is one of Kenton Nelson's paintings of the historic Colorado Street Bridge in Pasadena, California, painted in 2013, to support Pasadena Heritage. In this version of the bridge, the artist challenged himself to create a vertical composition, of a very horizontal piece of architecture (the bridge spans nearly 1500 feet, over the Arroyo Canyon)! We wonder what the woman’s story is, as she strides along along the path beneath the bridge in a bright red dress.

  • Image size 24 × 12 inches

  • Total paper size 28 × 16 inches

  • Signed by the artist

  • Limited edition of 20

  • Unframed, ships flat in custom case

  • Comes with certificate of authenticity

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Pasadena Heritage, an organization that has been instrumental in preserving historic Pasadena landmarks, including the Colorado Street Bridge.

A note from the artist:

“I grew up loving the Colorado Street Bridge. It is iconic and a testament to man’s talent, promise and capability.” -Kenton Nelson
