65.00

Kenton Nelson Exhibition Poster from the 2013 Watercolors show in Los Angeles. This is a frame-worthy poster, 13 inches by 18.25 inches, featuring a reproduction of the painting titled "Washline", showing a red dress pinned to a clothesline, blowing in the breeze. Kenton Nelson is a prominent contemporary American artist, whose work has been featured five times as New Yorker magazine cover. The style of Nelson's paintings have their origins in American Scene painting, Regionalism, and the WPA murals of the 1930's. Influenced by the soft propaganda of the advertisements of his youth, Nelson's paintings idealize the ordinary, using the iconic symbols and fashion of his lifetime. Known for his oil paintings, Nelson surprised Los Angeles with a Watercolors show in the summer of 2013.

For the first time, you can now own the exhibition poster celebrating the show.
